General Terms
- Payment Structure for Project-Based Services: A 50% deposit is required to start, with the balance due upon project completion. Details in individual contracts per service.
- Payment Structure for Monthly Plans: Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. The first payment is required to initiate the monthly service, with subsequent payments due on the same day of each following month.
- Revision Policy: Up to three rounds of revisions are included for project-based services. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. For monthly plans, revisions are limited according to the specifics of the agreed-upon package.
- Client Approvals: Required at crucial milestones for project-based work. Approval for monthly plans is mandatory for major content, campaigns, or strategy shifts.
- Cancellation Terms:
- Project-Based Services: Can be canceled with a 30-day notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
- Monthly Plans: Can be terminated with a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle. Services will be concluded at the end of the current billing period.
- Confidentiality Commitment: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on project specifics and sensitive information.
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Sunday: Closed.
- Communication: Scheduling a meeting in our general calendar is the preferred method for discussions to ensure dedicated time for project or service discussions.
